1.  Log in to and go to your Order history and details tab.

2.  Select your order from Order history page and click on Details Tab. 

3.  Select product you want to return and reason of return — based on which the option of exchange, replacement or refund can be Processed. Three options will be available:

o    Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new product of similar kind of product.

o    Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken in Transit) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work).

o    Refund: If the product of your choice is technically faulty and we are unable to provide solution to your problem, or if it is out of stock, you will be covered under 15 Days money back offer. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you (See Step 6)

4.  Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process.

5.  Following verification, you will be notified for the decision taken

6.  Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.

7.  Reverse pickup will be scheduled by designated courier case of exchanges and replacements or refund. Customer needs to give product in original packaging and hand it over to courier person in packed condition.

8.   Refund will be initiated and processed only after safe delivery of product with all the documentation and original packaging ,if applicable


9.    Prepaid customers will be refunded money in the same form in which he/she has paid to us. Cash on Delivery clients need to provide us bank details to get refund credit. Refund will be credited in customer’s account within 2-4 days after successful return of product at our location and physical verification is completed.

10.  Your request will be fulfilled according to’s returns/replacement guarantee
