Expectations!
Battery is original and backup is excellent. It has 6 cell so each cell has 30 minutes backup. It means 3hrs of battery life with one full charge. Can't expect more than 4 hours. Which is normal and good for anyone.
Money value
The product is genuine and is giving me the desired results. Battery life is around 3-4 hours depending on usage. Overall value for money.
Service is just commendable.
Initial was not happy with the plasticky feel to the whole battery compared to the original. Praying this would be an original, but I'm not sure if it is or not. Having said that, it gives me a battery life of 2hrs and 20min.. Which is good enough. My original used to give me 2.5hrs with gaming at the start. I don't know should get happy or not. But at the same time seeing the customer service was just commendable!
Want replacement
Worked one year and was fabulous for continue working process. But after one year of sparingly use of battery its discharged very fast, some time laptop cant wake-up also. May I know what's the issue with battery?
Worth enough?
I'm not getting any notification when the battery is low. The laptop gets turned off automatically though the battery remaining time is showing 1hour. I don't think this product is worth enough for me.
Prompting good battery
I liked the fact that this battery is available at almost half the price as quoted by the authorised service centers/dealers. It is working fine and providing a battery backup of 2-3 hours easily. It's surely better than the dead battery that i had previously.

Great product, it's been 8 months didn't face any issue. They will replace battery if there is problem no need to go out anywhere they deliver at your door step. Very good service in such time. Good backup time
The battery life is approximately 2.5 hours on a single charge on normal usage. On standby mode, it lasts for about 4 hours.
Charging issue
After few days battery... Battery heating issue automatically solve sometime miner heat and otherwise not... I don't know what is going on.. But this is happening..

This is an original battery .I am using it for dell and the battery backup is superb with no problems in performance at all .the battery was properly packed and sent so completely satisfied with the product.

Healthy purchase
Since 2 days the battery is giving 3 and 1/2 hours backup on full charge. Hoping this would be awesome if it lasts for at least a year
Recommendation.
I buy this battery maybe 20 days ago or more. I'm developer and i use laptop all day like 7-8 hours daily. This battery is so good in power backup it's give around 4.5 hours backup. You can use in normal brightness you can use upto 4 hours and in high performance you can use around 3 hours. I think it's good. Also when received parcel that packaging also good no damages. It take around 3 hours to full charge but my battery not full charge because it stop at 99% if u put in charge in more 2 or 3 hours its still show 99% if you compare battery backup hours in your laptop showing hours that's not true but if you count normal level then it's around 4 to 4.5 hours. I see all details sticker on battery it's look like original. But i recommend if you want to buy battery its too good in this price.
Fast charging
Brand New and Original product(either way I haven't cross check with dell). But still fast charging and run more if you use moderately. Heavy use might drain it in 3 hours. Highly satisfy from seller. Packaging was good. Very precise and good for a new heart to your computer.

Does the job, but battery backup is not very good. Gives around 2-3 hours on movies. Max 3.5 hours when doing very little to nothing.

Want replacement Or refund.
I bought this battery for my dell laptop as my existing battery was performing quite poorly. However, this battery isn't charging for laptop at all nor does my laptop work on it. Unfortunately I passed my return period because I travelled with my battery before testing if it works. I can return it when I'm back but I want a refund issued as I'm completely not happy.

Worth it maybe!
Got this with Dell lables and packing, so seems to be original make ( I am not an expert on this ). battery fits well and worked well giving me battery backup like the original battery that came with laptop. So far so good. If it lasts for 2 years then its would be worth every rupee spent.

They delivered it before time. So delivery was perfect. When I received this product, it was a huge box. When I opened, I was very much delighted to see its packaging. You will feel like you are the king and someone gave you the royal stuff. About the battery, you will get a charge of 30% when you will insert it in your laptop. Charge it to full and it will take 1 hour to charge from 30% to 100% for the first time. Then you are good to go. This product is worth the money.
