Return and Refund Policy
At LaptopGallery.in, we want to ensure you get the exact replacement component you need. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return and Exchange Window
Eligible items (Batteries and Adapters) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility & Product Exceptions
- Eligible Products: Laptop Batteries and Power Adapters are eligible for return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, untampered condition, containing all original packaging, labels, serial numbers, and protective wrap.
- Electronic Spares Disclaimer (Screens, Keyboards, Motherboards, Internal Boards): These items are final sale and non-returnable due to the risk of installation damage. Exception: If an electronic spare is reported as Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) or damaged in transit within 24 hours of delivery, we will replace it or issue a refund.

*Note: Reverse courier pickup is unavailable for adapters. For defective adapter returns, please ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse your shipping cost (up to Rs. 150) upon verification of the defect.
3. Return Process
To ensure your return is processed, please follow these steps:
- Request Approval: WhatsApp us at +91 9925115090 or email support@laptopgallery.in with your Order ID, invoice, and clear photos/videos demonstrating the issue.
- Pack Securely: Once approved, package the item securely in its original box. If an item is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging, the return will be rejected.

4. Restocking Fees
- Merchant Error / Defect: No fees. You receive a 100% refund.
- Customer Error / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong battery/adapter model or decided you no longer want it, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund to cover inspecting, restocking, and original outward shipping expenses.
5. Refund Processing Time
- All returns undergo a physical inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 2–3 business days to clear the funds).
