1. Shipping Rates & Taxes

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
• Tax-Inclusive: All prices displayed on our website are fully inclusive of GST. No hidden taxes or shipping fees are added at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

• Handling Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday) following payment confirmation.
• Tracking Info: Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

3. Transit & Delivery Times

• Estimated Delivery: Standard transit time is 2 to 4 business days depending on your destination (major metros generally receive packages in 2 days; remote locations may take up to 4 days).
• Our Carrier Partners: We work only with reputed express courier services (like Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC) to ensure your items are handled with care.

4. Return Shipping Charges

• Defective or Wrong Items (Seller Error): If an eligible item arrives defective, non-functional, or does not match what you ordered, LaptopGallery.in covers all return shipping costs. We will schedule a free reverse pickup or reimburse your return courier costs.
• Change of Mind / Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong part model or no longer need the item, you are responsible for paying the return courier charges to ship the item back to our Ahmedabad facility.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit

If your package arrives physically damaged, please document the damage (photos/videos of the box and product) and contact us at support@laptopgallery.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately and settle the claim with the courier company.
